某国内著名IC公司招聘财务控制经理
Key tasks:
1.Take overall financial cantrol and operation responsibility.
2.Timely and accurate completion of monthly and annual financial statements&management report.
3.Lead the team pr prepare forecast and budget.
4.Compliance with PRC GAAP,US GAAP,and any other corporate policies and law.
5.Coordinate and oversee tax compliance.
6.Drive continuous improvement into internal contral environment.
7.Coordination with internal and external auditors.
8.Cost analysis and review of business cases to support sales and pricing.
9.Support fundrising and other investment related activities.
Qualifications and Experience
1.BAchelor Degree or above,majoring in Finance/Accounting or related major
2.CPA or equivalent with good knowledge of US GAAP and PRC GAAP
3.At least 8 years of working experience in a multinational company and over 3 years of experience as a Finance Manager role in manufacturing industry
4.Proficiency in accounting and project cost control is basic requirement
5.Good understanding of internal control concept
6.Attention to detail is a must
7.Integrity,independence and passion for excellence
8.Good problem solving and decision making skills
9.English proficiency,particularly in speaking and writing
10.Strong communication skills with can-do attitude
11.Capability to work under presure and meet stict deadline
12.Self motivated and high energy
13.Working experiebce in an auditing firm is a big plus
