Financial Manager

Job responsibility:
1.  To maintain an efficient accounting system;
2.  To fulfill financial reporting requirements and timeliness;
3.  To review & control day to day Finance & Accounting operation;
4.  To prepare the forecast and annual budget;
5.  To properly implement the accounting policies (local & group);
6.  To comply with local government regulations.
7. To prepare & evaluate the capital authorization requests for financial justification;
8. To prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reports to other local governmental authorities such as Statistics Bureau.

Qualification:
1.Bachelor's degree or above; majored in accounting, finance, economics or related subjects;
2.Over 4 years of experience in finance and accounting fields with sound and solid accounting knowledge and is familiar with PRC GAAP;
3.Working experience in an MNC is a must;
4.China CPA or other related accounting professional qualification a must;
5.Teamwork oriented and yet is also self-motivated to independently solve problems;
6.Highest level of integrity and work ethics;
7.Proven planning, organizational and managerial skills;
8.Excellent Chinese and English verbal and written communication skills;
9.Strong computer skills including experience in working with enterprise systems;
10. Ability to work under pressure to meet task deadlines.
